Two active e-bike rebate programs are available in Minnesota. Edina is accepting 2026 lottery applications for up to $1,200, and Minnesota Power offers $200 or $400 to eligible customers. Hopkins is full and adding applicants to a waitlist, while the statewide rebate has ended.
