Is it safe to charge an Ariel Rider ebike overnight?
No. Ariel Rider batteries should not be charged for more than 12 hours. Always unplug the charger once charging is complete.

Can I use a third-party charger?
No. Only official Ariel Rider chargers are approved. Third-party chargers may damage the battery or increase fire risk.

What should I do if my ebike battery is damaged or overheating?
Stop using the battery immediately. Move it outdoors away from buildings, do not attempt to charge or ship it, and contact Ariel Rider support.

  • Never dispose of lithium-ion batteries in household trash
