Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Pre-Orders & Backorders:

• Orders may be canceled before shipping. A 2.5% processing fee applies.
• Orders placed using discount codes, loyalty points, or during promotional sales are non-cancellable.

Power Bikes (PPB):

• Power bikes, such as the MUDD 72V, are charged in full at the time of purchase, including the $300 flat shipping fee. There is no separate reservation deposit and no later balance payment. They may be canceled any time before shipping, subject to the 2.5% processing fee.
  
  
• Orders placed using discount codes, loyalty points, or during promotional sales are non-cancellable and final, except where the federal shipping-cancellation right below applies.

Open Box Ebikes (Local Pickup - Seattle, WA):

• Non-cancellable. All sales final.

Technical Support Calls:

• Full refund if canceled 24+ hours in advance.
• No refunds for cancellations within 24 hours or missed appointments.

Ebike Tune-Up Service:

• Full refund if canceled 24+ hours in advance.
• 50% refund if canceled within 24 hours or for ebikes with aftermarket electronic modifications (we will refuse service to ebikes with aftermarket electronic modifications and/or motorcycle tires).

Compliance & Acknowledgment

By placing your order, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy. Nothing in this policy limits or waives any non-waivable right you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your state or under federal law, which control in the event of any conflict.
