"This thing rides like a dream and has some serious power with just the one motor. The 60V dual battery setup gives it a ton of power for getting up Seattle hills -- even as a bigger dude. After going through a few other bikes over the years, my mechanic recommended this brand and so far they have been great. The biggest difference, beyond the quality of the bike/performance so far, is that the sales team and customer service have been SO responsive -- often responding within minutes or hours. That's such a huge differentiator and I hope they continue to focus on providing such a great customer experience in the future."

"I’m extremely happy with the bike. Its construction is top-notch. I really enjoy the quick responsiveness and torque of the bike. It’s a thrill to ride at upper speeds but it’s so much fun to just cruise around and enjoy a slow ride. A 5-star bike as it is. A longer front and rear fender would make it a 5+, however that gives me the opportunity to do some “mods” , which is part of the fun of ownership."

"Speed is awesome, just know where you are riding, there is no reason to ride 40 mph on a bike path, motor or no motor. I have been getting dirty looks and comments about my long lasting dual batteries and sexy black frame. It’s the worst when they stare at my 4. 5 inch front tire, can’t tell if it’s jealousy or disgust. Anyway the order process was easy, I tipped the driver 10$ he was cool. Thanks for my awesome bike."

Here is a list of issues that I have. - charger is hard to plug into the battery - brightness of the screen in the sun - turn signal is hard to determine if it neutral - front brake "chirping" sound when engaged - light is not very bright Thanks Mark 309-339-4032"
