Voucher redeemed within 45 days at a participating local retailer.

Pasadena Water and Power residential electric customers. Funding remains available for customers currently enrolled in PWP income-qualified bill payment assistance programs.

General FY2027 funds are fully committed. Customers currently enrolled in PWP income-qualified bill payment assistance may still purchase a new Class 1, 2, or 3 e-bike from a Pasadena bike shop and apply through the current city process.

Silicon Valley Power residential customers in Santa Clara. Bonus tiers require qualifying income or assistance-program status.

Purchase a new eligible e-bike and apply within 60 days, subject to funds.

Preapproval through San Diego Clean Cars 4 All and its program administrator.

Roseville Electric residential account holders. The higher tiers require current Electric Rate Assistance or Medical Rate Assistance enrollment.

Purchase a new eligible Class 1, 2, or 3 e-bike and apply within 90 days using the current utility process. One rebate per residential account, first come while funded.

Vista residents who purchase an approved Class 1, 2, or 3 e-bike and attend a City-sponsored classroom or practical safety-training session. The highest combined total requires low-income eligibility.

Attend a City-sponsored classroom or practical safety-training session, then submit the City rebate application with proof of residency, purchase, and attendance. Eligible purchases may occur within 12 months before or after training. The City asks riders to confirm eligibility before purchase.
