In many cases yes. State, utility, and city rebates often stack as long as each program's terms allow it. Always read the official rules before purchasing.
Many programs have income-based tiers with higher rebate amounts for low and moderate income applicants. Some are open to all residents. Check the eligibility section above for California.
Typical turnaround is 4 to 8 weeks. Some instant-rebate programs apply the discount at checkout with a participating retailer.
Most state e-bike rebates are not treated as taxable income, but consult a tax professional for your situation.
Most Ariel Rider Class 2 e-bikes meet program requirements: pedal-assist + throttle, 750W motor, 20 mph throttle cap, UL-certified batteries. Off-road PPB models are not street-legal and do not qualify.
