Choose one method: submit a public YouTube review that is at least two minutes long, submit an original public Reddit post related to Ariel Rider, or enter without posting. Complete and submit the entry form on this page. No purchase is required for any method. Each eligible entry is treated equally.

Limit one entry per person and per email address for this drawing, regardless of entry method. The sponsor may review entries that appear to come from the same person or household and may consolidate duplicates after human review. Automated, incomplete, deceptive, or misdirected entries may be disqualified after human review.

YouTube and Reddit content must be original, public, honest, and related to Ariel Rider. A positive opinion is not required. YouTube entrants must say and display, within the first 30 seconds, "I created this video as an entry in the Ariel Rider Grizzly 72V Giveaway," and place the same disclosure in the visible portion of the description. Reddit entrants must place "I created this post as an entry in the Ariel Rider Grizzly 72V Giveaway" in the visible post body, not only in a comment or hashtag. Submitted content must remain public and substantially unchanged through the drawing date. Entries must follow applicable law, platform terms, the YouTube Community Guidelines, and applicable Reddit community rules. Do not mass-post or duplicate promotional Reddit posts. An entry must not state or imply that the Grizzly 72V or another Ariel Rider Power Performance Bike is a Class 1, 2, or 3 electric bicycle or is street legal. Footage showing a Grizzly 72V or another Ariel Rider Power Performance Bike being ridden must show a helmet and must not show riding on public roads, bike lanes, or multi-use paths. Content that is unlawful, unsafe, deceptive, infringing, or otherwise unsuitable may be disqualified after human review.

After the entry period closes and eligibility review is complete, eligible entries will be assigned sequential numbers. One number will be selected using a cryptographically secure random number generator within five business days. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries. Entry method, content sentiment, production quality, views, votes, likes, and purchases do not affect the odds. The sponsor will retain the eligible entry list, randomization record, selected entry, alternates, and verification record for at least 12 months after the drawing.

One new Grizzly 72V Power Performance Bike, approximate retail value $3,199.00, will be awarded for this drawing. For the initial drawing, the prize is planned to come from the first production batch. The Grizzly 72V is intended for private-property and off-road use and is not a street-legal classed electric bicycle. No cash alternative is offered. The sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable, subject to applicable law.

The potential winner will be contacted using the email address on the entry. The potential winner must respond within five calendar days and may need to provide proof of eligibility, a completed tax form, and any lawful affidavit or release. If the person cannot be reached, is ineligible, declines the prize, or does not complete the required documents on time, the sponsor may randomly select an alternate from the remaining eligible entries. Except where prohibited, accepting the prize permits the sponsor to publish the winner's name, city, and state for winner announcement purposes.

The winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and for lawful possession and use of the prize. Delivery is limited to a valid address in the eligible area and is subject to carrier access and product availability. The sponsor will report the prize as required by law.

Entrants keep ownership of their YouTube videos and Reddit posts. By entering through a content method, the entrant gives the sponsor a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, repost, and link to the submitted content in connection with the giveaway and Ariel Rider marketing, with reasonable attribution where practical. The sponsor does not require transfer of all rights in the content.

The sponsor will use entry information to administer the drawing, check eligibility, contact potential winners, prevent duplicate or fraudulent entries, keep required records, and comply with law. Information will be handled under the Ariel Rider Privacy Policy. Do not place sensitive personal information in the optional notes field.

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube or Reddit. Entrants release YouTube and Reddit from claims arising from this promotion to the extent permitted by law. YouTube entries must comply with YouTube's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. The sponsor will not manipulate views, likes, comments, votes, subscribers, or other platform metrics.

The sponsor may cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate a drawing if fraud, technical failure, legal restriction, or another event outside reasonable control affects its integrity, subject to applicable law. Eligibility denials and non-standard approvals require human review. Except where prohibited, these rules are governed by Washington law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and claims will be brought in a court with appropriate jurisdiction in King County, Washington.
