Terms and Conditions for the Kepler Touring Ebike Giveaway

By participating in the Kepler Touring Ebike Giveaway (the "Giveaway"), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions govern the entry, participation, and awarding of the prize in this Giveaway.

1. Sponsor

This Giveaway is sponsored by Ariel Rider Ebikes ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility

- The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the lower 48 states of the United States, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
- Residents of Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international participants are not eligible to enter.
- Employees of Ariel Rider Ebikes, their immediate families, and household members are not eligible to participate.
- The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

3. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins on October 9th, 2024 and ends on October 31st, 2024, at 11:59 PM PST (the "Entry Period").

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must submit their valid email address and phone number via the official entry form located on the Ariel Rider Ebikes website or promotional page.
Limit one (1) entry per person. Additional entries from the same person using multiple email addresses will be disqualified.
No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive the exclusive 1-of-1 Kepler Touring Ebike. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be substituted for cash or any other alternatives.
The winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with the receipt or use of the prize.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or about November 1st, 2024.
The winner will be notified via email provided during entry. The winner must respond within five (5) business days of receiving the notification to claim the prize. Failure to respond within the given time frame may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.
Ariel Rider Ebikes reserves the right to publicly announce the winner’s name on its website and social media channels.

7. Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Ariel Rider Ebikes to use their name, likeness, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
