Ariel Rider Support SMS Terms

These Support SMS Terms apply only to Ariel Rider’s customer support text messaging program for the phone number +1 (855) 908-6469.

These terms do not apply to Ariel Rider marketing or promotional text messages. Ariel Rider’s marketing SMS program uses a separate number, +1 (833) 974-1935, and requires separate consent.

1. Program purpose

Ariel Rider may use +1 (855) 908-6469 to send and receive text messages related to customer support, including messages about:

  • support requests
  • troubleshooting
  • service coordination
  • warranty-related communication
  • order support
  • appointment or callback coordination
  • follow-up messages related to a support conversation you started or agreed to continue by text

This support SMS program is intended for customer care and service-related communication, not for marketing or advertising.

2. Consent to receive support texts

By expressly opting in to receive support text messages from Ariel Rider at +1 (855) 908-6469, you agree that Ariel Rider may send you text messages about your support request or customer service issue.

Your consent to receive support text messages must be separate from any marketing consent.

Consent to receive support SMS is not a condition of buying any goods or services. You can still contact Ariel Rider through other channels, including email, website forms, chat, or phone, without agreeing to receive text messages.

3. How to opt in

You may opt in to Ariel Rider support SMS only through a clear, affirmative method such as:

  • checking an unchecked SMS consent box on a support form
  • submitting a support request form that clearly states you are agreeing to receive support texts
  • requesting support by another channel and then separately agreeing to continue the conversation by SMS
  • texting Ariel Rider first, where the context clearly shows you are requesting support and agreeing to receive responsive support messages

Ariel Rider may keep records of your consent, including the phone number provided, date and time, method of consent, and the language shown at the time of consent.

4. Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies. The number of messages you receive will depend on your support issue and the status of your case.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

5. How to opt out

You may opt out of support SMS at any time by replying with STOP.

You may also revoke consent using another reasonable method, such as telling us by email, through a support request, or by another clear request to stop text messages.

After we process your request, you will receive one final confirmation text that you have been opted out, and no further support SMS will be sent to that number unless you opt in again or a new text conversation is lawfully initiated.

Ariel Rider will use the information you provide in connection with support SMS to operate, maintain, and improve customer support communications and related service workflows.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties, sold, rented, or transferred for third-party marketing or promotional purposes.

Service providers that help Ariel Rider deliver support operations may access personal information only as needed to perform services on Ariel Rider’s behalf and subject to appropriate restrictions.

That marketing program is separate from this support SMS program. Agreeing to receive support messages from +1 (855) 908-6469 does not enroll you in marketing texts. Marketing texts require separate consent.

9. Eligibility

You must be a U.S. resident and at least the age of majority in your state or territory, or otherwise authorized to provide consent for the mobile number submitted.

By opting in, you represent that:

  • you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided, or
  • you are authorized to agree to receive text messages at that number

10. Supported carriers and service availability

Supported carriers may change over time. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

11. Changes to these terms

Ariel Rider may update these Support SMS Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
