“Private property” means property not open to the public. Many jurisdictions treat shopping-center parking lots and similar spaces as public operation.

New York warning: High-power devices may be treated as motor vehicles requiring registration/insurance, and some cannot be registered. You accept the risk of seizure/impound.

Compliance Commitments

These commitments are required before we consider providing any activation instructions.

If any ‘Class 1/2/3’ or ‘e-bike class’ labels are present on this vehicle, I will remove them immediately and will not represent this Private Property Bike (PPB) as a street-legal electric bicycle.

I will not resell or market this PPB as a “Class 1/2/3 e-bike.” If sold, I will disclose it is private-property-only and require the next owner to sign their own waiver.

I will not share activation/unlock codes or instructions with any other rider. Any additional rider must sign their own waiver.

I will wear a helmet and appropriate protective gear. I understand high-speed riding has serious injury/death risk.

I will not operate under the influence of alcohol/drugs or in an unsafe condition.

I will not permit minors to operate this PPB. I accept full responsibility if a minor gains access.

Release, Waiver of Claims & Indemnity

Read carefully. By submitting, you are entering a binding agreement to the fullest extent permitted by law.

I accept and assume all risks (including mechanical failure, loss of control, collision, serious injury, death, and property damage) arising from my operation or misuse of this PPB.

I waive and release Ariel Rider and its affiliates, owners, officers, employees, agents, and contractors from claims arising from my operation, misuse, illegal use, or third-party claims, except where prohibited by law.

I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ariel Rider from claims, damages, penalties, attorney fees, and costs arising from my operation, misuse, illegal use, resale misrepresentation, or any third-party injury/property damage.

I understand it is my sole responsibility to know and comply with local, state, and federal laws, and that improper use may result in traffic violations and/or criminal penalties.
