Expected Shipping Dates

The expected shipping dates for each model are listed below, which is when the bike is expected to leave our fulfillment center.

In-stock bike orders: Will ship within 1-5 business days of the purchase.

Accessories and/or Parts: Will ship within 1-5 business days of their purchase.

If you have not received your bike yet, your accessories will ship within a few business days after your bike has shipped from a separate facility. We cannot ship them together for this reason.

Pre-Orders: Will have a listed estimated shipping date below per model that is subject to change. Once the shipping date is confirmed, we will let you know.

We'll send out updates via email whenever there's new information or ETAs to provide. If you don't hear from us, we don't have any new information or confirmation at that time. On average, pre-order batches take around 1-5 days to ship after the listed ETA.

In-stock orders may be canceled if requested to us via email before receiving a tracking number however please note there will be a 2.5% processing fee deducted from the refund. We may be unable to cancel your order if you have already received a tracking number via email.

Pre-orders currently only require $100 down payment, with free cancellations (prior to any firm shipping date confirmation).

When your bike(s) and/or accessories/parts ship, you will receive a UPS or Fedex tracking number directly to your email for each item.

General UPS or Fedex transit time after it ships is around 3-10 business days but can vary per location, route, or carriers schedule.

The tracking can take a day or two to update once the shipment is in transit and will then provide an ETA accordingly.
