Pre-orders
A pre-order reserves your bike from an upcoming production batch. You are not buying from current stock, so it ships on its estimated date, not right away.
Reserve today: you pay in full at checkout to lock your build slot and pre-order price.
We confirm by email: your order confirmation arrives right after checkout.
It ships on the estimate: pre-orders ship in the order they were placed, around the estimated date, which can shift as production updates (we email every change, so no email means no new ETA yet).
Tracking, then delivery: we email tracking when it leaves the warehouse, then it is the usual 10-15 business days in transit.
Cancelling a pre-order
Cancel for free any time before we email your confirmed ship date. After that confirmation, cancellations carry the standard 2.5% processing fee. Once your bike ships and a tracking number is sent, it can no longer be canceled.

A signature is required at delivery for bikes. Your bike and any accessories may ship from different facilities and arrive on different days.
