Model-specific estimated ship dates appear at the bottom of this page. Dates indicate when items leave our fulfillment centers.

In-Stock Bikes & Accessories

  • Processing: Ships within 1–5 business days of purchase.

  • Transit: Typically 10–15 business days based on your location and carrier scheduling.

  • Tracking: We’ll email a tracking number when each item ships (allow 1–2 days for carrier ETA to appear).

Pre-Orders

  • Each model shows an estimated shipping date (subject to change).

  • We’ll email updates and confirmations as soon as we have them. If there’s no email yet, there’s no new info.

  • Batch timing: Pre-order batches usually ship 1–5 days after the listed ETA.

  • Deposit: $100 down today; free cancellation until a firm shipping date is confirmed.

 

Order Cancellations (In-Stock Only)

  • You can cancel via email before a tracking number is issued.

  • Refunds incur a 2.5% processing fee (waived for parts/accessory-only orders).

  • Orders can’t be canceled once a tracking number has been sent.

Accessories & Parts

  • Ship within 1–5 business days.

  • If ordered with a bike, accessories ship separately a few days after the bike ships.
