"Very impressed. This 60V off-road version of the X-Class is once again, super solid. Caution, you will want the second battery, so I recommend getting the performance edition or the extra battery as an add-on. The seat is SO comfortable and the stock rear shock actually provides decent travel. Xtra Fat Tires are good quality and have cool reflective stripes. The bike is very customizable too. I had the first x-class and I loved it. This one feels even better than the first 48V."

Very fun E-Bike

"I got my bike in mid November but the temperature was dropping pretty fast and I am not a cold weather rider. At this time the bike is in the garage and the batteries are staying warm. The few times I rode the bike after I got it is awesome. Very fun. Sits great next to my Kepler. The ride is very comfortable."

An awesome bike !

"This was my second bike from Ariel, the first is a Grizzly. They have come a long way with design and quality improvements. I was very happy with my Grizzly and impressed with Ariel’s dedication to customer support. The addition of turn signals and a loud horn are great. The top speed “off road” was 45, a slight jump from the Grizzly, even though the X has one motor. The low end power from a stop is a bit tamer than the Grizzly but it has plenty of spunk. The bike is agile and responsive, and the pedal assist way better. The seat is very comfortable and it handles two people nicely. I’m not sure of range yet, it’s only been two weeks and it’s been stupid cold for FL. Overall I’m very pleased with the design, fit and function thus far. One of the biggest improvements has been the customer support. They have gotten back to me almost instantly which was not the case a few years back. Definitely happy with my purchase!"

Is the battery removable?: Hi Keith! Yes, all of our bikes come with a set of keys for the batteries.
Can you add the 60v battery to cafe?: Hello, thank you for your question! There is an additional top tube battery for the Cafe Racer sold under the X-Class 60V Accessories tab on our website.
Is this the grizzly model rebranded or should i wait if you are going to restock the grizzly?: I understand you're looking for the Grizzly which unfortunately, we don't currently have in stock. At the moment, we don’t have a confirmed restock plan for the Grizzly. However, we’re always evaluating our lineup based on demand and innovation. Stay tuned for updates! What is the water resistant rating for the battery? I might be riding this in some drizzle.: Hi Robert! Since we’re in Seattle we get a fair share of rain here, so the bikes are designed accordingly. The electronics are all tested and certified for IP 65 so they will hold up fine. As long as you do not submerge the electronics in water or ride in very heavy rain, it will be ok.
In the future are you going to make a step through model.: Currently, we do not have intentions to replenish the X-Class Step-Thru or regular step since the earlier version has been phased out. Nevertheless, we are continuously developing new and enhanced models, so keep an eye out for possible upcoming launches.
