We do not currently offer test rides for our open box models.
Please note, there will be a 1-2 week lead time after purchasing until your bike is ready for pick up. Once your bike is ready for pick up, it must be picked up within 7 days or a $100 daily storage fee will apply.
Cancellations have a 2.5% processing fee deducted from your refund.

How long will it take to get my orders?
If the item is in stock, your order will be shipped within 3-5 business days. Shipping typically takes 5-15 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships, allowing you to plan for its arrival. Please note that all bike orders require a signature upon delivery.
