Keep your Ariel Rider ebike in top shape with our professional tune-up service. This service is priced for 1 hour of expert maintenance, which includes inspecting and adjusting key components to ensure your bike is performing at its best.

Important Details:

  • Drop-Off Required: Customers must bring their ebike to our office for the tune-up service. The process may take 1-2 days or longer, depending on the condition of the bike.
  •  
  • Parts Replacement: Should any parts need replacing, our team will contact you to confirm the price before any additional work is done.
  •  
  • Bike Condition: If your bike arrives unclean, an $80 cleaning fee will be applied.
  •  
  • Electronic Modifications: Ebikes with aftermarket electronic modifications will not be accepted for this service. In this case, you will receive a 50% refund of the initial payment.

 

Booking Terms:

  • By booking the service, you agree to our terms and conditions.
  •  
  • Once the tune-up is complete, we will notify you via email or text. You will have 3 business days to pick up your bike. Failure to do so will incur a $100/day storage fee.
  •  
  • After booking, you will receive an email with a required form to fill out before bringing in your ebike, helping us prepare for the necessary work.
  •
