First and foremost, we cannot express how much we appreciate all of your support and patience during these difficult times. As you already know, our world has changed drastically since the pandemic and we just wanted to inform you a little about some of the steps we are taking, changes we’ve made, and how the pandemic has affected our overall operations.
Covid-19 has not only changed our day to day lives, but also increased our demand significantly, and created a massive boom in the entire e-bike industry that I can confidently say nobody was prepared for. Due to people being home more often and having more free time, as well as an increased need for alternative modes of transportation, the current demand for our products has increased by over 200%.
Shipping times: Our suppliers’ operations have been dramatically affected and we are facing longer than usual shipping times and sometimes even delays. We will always keep you up to date with current orders, and shipping times. All of our models are available for pre-order with the listed shipping dates on the website. Our batches are completely pre-sold at this time so once a batch sells out, we move to the next available shipping date for the next batch. We understand that you want your bikes as soon as possible, and we are doing our best to get them in your hands in a timely manner.
Customer Service: We always have been and still are committed to providing the best customer service possible to our Ariel Rider family. We are also experiencing longer than usual response times due to the high amount of incoming calls/emails. You might not be able to get a hold of us via phone always, but we will do our best to answer any incoming emails within 24 hours (usually less). We also have been revamping our online Help Center to make it easy for Ariel Rider owner’s to maintain their ebikes and learn more about the products.
Health/Safety Precautions: We are making sure to create a safe environment for our staff and clients. We are taking additional safety precautions and disinfecting every bike before they’re packed. Our team members are following proper safety and prevention recommendations per the CDC.
