Ariel Rider Ebikes Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions

Account Creation and Points Accumulation:

1. Create Account: Earn 15 points upon registration.
2. Bike Purchase: Receive 500 points for each bike purchase.
3. Accessory Purchases: Earn 1 point for every $1 spent on accessories.
4. Birthday Reward:
1. Bronze Tier - 25 points;
2. Silver Tier - 50 points;
3. Gold Tier - 75 points.
5. Product Reviews:
1. Product Review - 25 points;
2. Product review with Photos - 35 points;
3. Video Review - 50 points.
6. Social Engagement: Instagram Follow - 5 points.

Redemption of Points:

• Points can be redeemed for discounts on accessory or ebike purchases.
• Conversion Rate: 100 points equals $10 discount.

Tiers:

• Bronze Tier -Automatic enrollment with opt-in-
• 25 points for birthday,
• Earn 1 point for every $1 spent on accessories.
• Silver Tier - Accumulate 1500 points:
• 50 points birthday
• 1.25 points per $1 spent
• 25 points entry reward points
• Gold Tier: Accumulate 5000 points;
• 75 points for birthday,
• 75 points entry rewards,
• 1.5 points per $1 spent

Exclusions:

• Wholesale accounts are not eligible.
• Points not applicable on spare parts or shop work.
• Points deduction for returned items.
• Shipping and taxes are not eligible for point earnings.
• Points cannot be used with discount codes.

Point Expiration:

• Points expire after 12 months.

Referral Program:

• Offer: Give $50 off for referrals, earn $10 (in points) for successful referrals.
• Condition: Referred friend must purchase an ebike; points deducted if the item is returned.

Restrictions on Items Purchased with Points:

• Items purchased fully or partially with points are ineligible for returns or exchanges.
