TERMS

  • Open-box units cannot be shipped, they need to be picked up from our facility in Redmond, WA.
  • If you want to reserve one of the bikes, a $500 deposit is required.
  • For test rides, please send us an email for booking at least 48 hours before your desired time/date,
  • Please bring your photo ID that will be held while you're on the test ride,
  • Please enter from the front entrance of the building,
  • Due to Covid-19, we're only able to accept customers if they have booked a time slot with us, walk-ins are not allowed.
  • We give a 30-minute break between each customer visit to disinfect everything,
  • Masks are required, if you don't have a mask, our team will provide you one before you enter the building,
  • We do temperature checks before each customer enters the building,
  • Open-box sale units do not come with the same warranty terms as brand new bikes,
  • All open box sales are final,
  • If you wish to test ride a unit:
    • Please bring your own helmet, currently, we're not offering helmets due to Covid at the moment,
    • Please come wearing your facemasks,
    • Only 2 customers who are in the same bubble are allowed in our facility at a time,
