I have had the Ariel Rider X-class 52-volt bike for about one week now, and after 75 miles, I can say with certainty this is the best e-bike, hands down. The speed is unmatched at a top speed of 38 MPH, and the tight, responsive handling is on par with some small motorcycles I've ridden. This e-bike is in a league all of its own. The Ariel Rider is solidly built, and it's comfortable to ride. If you are looking for an e-bike, this is the only place you need to look. Five HUGE stars for Ariel Rider!

Everything fine with the bike it just sits to high got me if I could go down a inch or two

I'm 79 years of age and thrilled beyond words. I haven't had a chance to really break in my Kepler yet so I will be busy the first day of spring. I originally ordered a yellow Grizzly but very happy with the gold substitute. If the Kepler is the "Beast" then the Grizzly is the "Beautiful Beast". Now I want to move to a warmer state where I could ride 365 days a year. Thanks for bringing back my childhood... Nick

I just put my Ariel Rider X class 52v e-bike together, and all I can say is that it’s built like a tank. It’s solid and very comfortable to ride. The suspension is very responsive to bumps, and the 1000W motor is excellent. I’m 6”4 250 and this bike got up to 31 mph with more to give! This is the only e-bike you’re going to need. The packaging was top-notch, and the bike is so fun to ride. Don’t wait for a second longer buy this bike and enjoy the speed and the comfort.

I just finished putting 75 miles on the Ariel Rider X class, and I got the speed up to 38 MPH while pedaling, and there was room for me to go even faster. I was going into the wind, and this bike was still pulling and wanting to go faster. I enjoy riding this bike, and as far as I am concerned, this is the benchmark for all e-bikes to live up to. Ariel Rider has a winner here. It handles the corners like a champ, the suspension smooths out the bumps, and the speed is there for your taking. If I had only one choice for an e-bike, it would be this step-thru x-class 52 volt.

They need to get accessories and chargers back in stock ASAP. Other than that it is just about perfect.

This bike is truly a great value. It looks very cool; is built like a tank. fun to ride. It has all the necessary features. The controls are very intuitive and easy to use. I want to go riding all the time.
The only small quips that I have are (1) the seat is too short/low (my knees come too high when pedaling) I will fix this by fabricating a spacer / riser under the seat using a 2x6. (2) the Bafang front motor is noisier that I expected. (3) I wish the same key worked for both batteries.

It’s got speed and power! I have big hills where I live and it goes up them no problem… I’m very pleased so far.

All in all, such a great bike for the price. Hands down would buy another one - no questions asked. I originally had the X class but I wanted more power and with the grizzly I got that!

The bike is a ton of fun and the quality of the build seems to be very good. I had a small tear in the seat and dent in the battery-pack due to shipping but I hope their customer support will resolve this and live up to same quality of service as the bike.
